ICT Support & Cyber Security Technicians (Entry or Senior)

These are hands-on roles supporting a range of businesses with day-to-day IT issues, hardware, software, networking, cloud-based systems and cyber security issues.  Ideally this will suit an experienced technician or someone looking to take the next step in their IT career.
 
What you'll do:
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support or cyber security expertise.
  • Experience in IT support, helpdesk or managed services or threat monitoring and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
  • Install and configure computers, peripherals and business systems.
  • Manage support tickets and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues when required.
  • Assist or lead IT projects, upgrades and security system improvements.
What you'll bring:
  • 2 - 5 years of experience.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Current Kaseya BMS, Datto RMM and ThreatLocker experience
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environments and business systems.
  • Networking experience will be highly regarded.
  • Current driver's licence.
