Join our dynamic fabrication facility in Ellwood City, where quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail come first.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, identifying and communicating errors before purchasing material
  • Assemble and fit custom stainless-steel components to exact specifications
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets high fabrication standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with other shop tasks as needed

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
  • Strong layout, measurement, and precision fitting skills
  • Experience working with food-grade or high-finish stainless steel (highly desirable)
  • Proficiency with fabrication tools, machinery, and measurement instruments
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Safety-conscious with a solid work ethic
