We're working with a leading organisation in the telecommunications and infrastructure space seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support the successful delivery of major projects and programs.
This opportunity is best suited to a professional with strong project controls expertise and demonstrated experience within both rail and telecommunications environments.

🔍 The Role
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules and delivery plans.
  • Managing cost tracking, forecasting, and budget performance.
  • Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Producing project reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
  • Supporting governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Project Controls, Planning, Cost Control, or Project Management environments.
  • Mandatory experience working within both Rail and Telecommunications projects.
  • Strong skills in scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and project reporting
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
⭐ Nice to Have
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AACE CCP, or equivalent
  • Exposure to large-scale programs or multi-project environments
  • Knowledge of recognised project management and project controls frameworks
  • Previous experience working within Australian project delivery environments
