Team Assembler – 1st Shift

Nesco Resource is now hiring for Team Assembler positions at a facility in Conover, NC.

Job Description and Requirements

• Assemble furniture components and products according to production specifications.

• Use hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and defects.

• Handle and move materials throughout the production area.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

• Meet daily production and quality expectations.

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

• Previous furniture, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.

• Must be dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: Starting at $14.25/hour

Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM - some days will work 12 hour shift
Location: Conover, NC
