A hospital-employed surgical team is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join a high-volume, well-supported practice in western Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established practice with strong demand and immediate patient access needs.

Position Highlights:

  • Join an experienced surgical team with an established, high-volume clinic
  • Immediate need driven by strong patient demand and access expansion
  • Average 15–20 clinic patients/day and ~150 cases/month
  • Access to 3 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy suite
  • Da Vinci X robotic surgery platform available
  • Excellent specialty support and integrated care coordination
  • Epic EMR across hospital and outpatient settings
  • Teaching opportunities through a Family Medicine residency program


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with guaranteed base for 3 years + RVU bonus potential
