What you’ll be doing

• Own the end-to-end subscriber lifecycle strategy, improving onboarding, adoption, engagement and customer value.

• Build targeted lifecycle programmes and automated journeys across onboarding, nurture, engagement and re-engagement.

• Translate customer behaviour and product usage data into targeted segmentation, lifecycle initiatives and clear commercial actions.

• Lead engagement best practice across marketing, product and sales, providing clear visibility of performance, insights and priorities.

What you’ll bring

• Significant lifecycle, CRM, customer or engagement marketing experience, with evidence of improving adoption, engagement or subscription growth.

• Strong analytical capability, translating customer behaviour and engagement data into clear action.

• Hands-on experience building automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies, ideally using Salesforce and Pardot.

• Strong influencing skills and a commercial mindset, connecting customer engagement with retention and revenue.
