Process Operator - Fixed Plant

DRD Group are seeking an experienced Process Operator to join a Tier 1 iron ore producer operating large-scale, integrated mine, rail, and port assets across the Pilbara. This is a stable, long-term opportunity in a high-performing, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor wet fixed plant circuits including crushing, screening, slurry handling, classification, and dewatering systems in an iron ore environment
• Carry out routine inspections and basic maintenance to support safe and reliable plant operation
• Troubleshoot and report plant or process issues to minimise downtime and maintain production targets
• Work in accordance with site safety systems including isolations and standard procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a Process Operator  (Iron Ore or Gold preferred)
• C Class driver’s licence
• Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
• Construction White Card
• Strong safety focus and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screening
