Senior Project Manager

Lead the delivery of major brownfields mining projects across study, execution, commissioning and handover. This is a senior leadership role suited to a proven project professional who can drive safe, on-time and commercially disciplined outcomes across complex multidiscipline scopes.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of brownfields mining projects from concept through to commissioning and operational readiness.
• Drive project performance across safety, schedule, budget, risk, procurement and contractor management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mining, processing, power, water and non-process infrastructure.
• Manage key internal and external stakeholders and provide high-quality reporting to senior leadership.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Mining, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Strong experience delivering brownfields mining or resource projects in Western Australia.
• Proven capability managing multidiscipline scopes across construction, commissioning and handover.
• Well-developed commercial, contract and financial management skills.
• Sound understanding of WA mining approvals, legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Exposure to EPC and EPCM delivery models will be highly regarded.
