MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with an exciting start-up subsidiary of a well-established and highly respected construction organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant.
Supporting a number of General Managers and Heads of Department, you'll play a key role in helping shape a growing business. As the company continues to evolve, they're looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, changing environment.
This opportunity will commence as a 3-month temporary contract with the intention of converting to a permanent position for the right person.
Role Details

π Hours: MondayβFriday, 8:30amβ5:30pm
π° Rate: $60/hr + Super

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to multiple General Managers and Heads of Department
- Manage complex diaries, calendars and inboxes
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Prepare agendas, presentations and meeting documentation
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Provide broad administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as the business continues to grow
Ideal Candidate
- 4β5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant
- Previous experience supporting General Managers, Heads of Department or Directors
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves in a growing business
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Construction or property industry experience is advantageous but not essential
- Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or New Zealand Citizen)
