- Previous experience leading BIM/VDC coordination on multiple projects.
- Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Civil 3D.
- Experience with VDC software such as Lumion, 3ds Max, Enscape, Synchro, and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract documents, MEP coordination, and project delivery.
- Experience with project scheduling and scheduling software.
- Proven ability to lead coordination meetings and work effectively with project stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
