About the Role
The Sales Support Analyst keeps the engine room running, owning broker accreditations, verification checks and the administration and data behind the broker and customer channel. If you have an interest in marketing or social media, there's real scope to build that into the role over time.

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 inclusive of superannuation, some flexibility experience dependent. South side location. Full time, permanent, immediate start.

About the Role
The Sales Support Analyst keeps the engine room running, owning broker accreditations, verification checks and the administration and data behind the broker and customer channel. If you have an interest in marketing or social media, there's real scope to build that into the role over time.
Responsibilities
- Process broker accreditation applications end to end, including document and insurance checks
- Complete customer and broker verification tasks accurately and on time
- Handle inbound broker and customer queries, document requests and portal questions
- Maintain the broker and customer database in Excel and the CRM
- Prepare recurring lists, trackers and activity reports for the sales team
- Support broker emails, LinkedIn and social activity, events and collateral
- Strong administration skills and a methodical way of working
- Excellent attention to detail, you spot the missing document before anyone else
- Working Excel skills, sorting, filtering, formulas and basic pivot tables
- Professional written communication with brokers and customers
- An interest in marketing, LinkedIn or social content is a genuine bonus
- Recent graduates, career starters and experienced administrators looking for a broader role are all encouraged to apply
