[CONFIDENTIAL] VP Human Capital

Monroe Consulting Group is currently partnering with a leading multinational organization to identify an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead its Human Capital function.

This is a confidential senior leadership opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional who can combine strong functional expertise with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Human Capital strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Lead key Human Capital functions, including Organization Development, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Payroll/Compensation analysis.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and provide people-related insights to support business growth.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes that support a high-performing organization.
• Partner with Group and regional stakeholders on strategic Human Capital initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Human Capital team while ensuring strong operational execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance organizational capability, employee experience, and overall HR effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive Human Capital / HR experience, including significant experience in a senior leadership role.
• Experience working within a multinational company (MNC) or complex, professionally structured organization.
• Strong exposure to Organization Development, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Compensation/Payroll.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic business partner, with strong commercial and business acumen.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong track record of leading organizational initiatives and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Solid, reliable, mature, and business-oriented leadership style.
