WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Supports recurring reporting, data validation, and administrative workflows tied to sales performance and incentive-related processes.
Helps ensure reporting files, trackers, and system data remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
Provides critical support during a busy period where timely and accurate data management is essential.
Assists with Excel-heavy reporting, SQL-related data pulls, data cleanup, and discrepancy research.
Allows the broader team to stay focused on analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder support by helping manage key administrative and reporting tasks.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup, and large data set management.
SQL exposure or hands-on SQL experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting reporting, analytics, data administration, finance operations, sales operations, HRIS, payroll, or business operations.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information in data.
Comfortable maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, reporting files, and recurring deliverables.
Ability to balance routine administrative tasks with ad hoc analytical requests.
Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Prior exposure to commissions, sales compensation, incentive reporting, or finance operations is helpful, but not required.
