Showroom Customer Service / Sales Assistant (Part-Time Temp Opportunity)
Location: Sydney South
Salary: $30–$35 per hour + Super
Duration: 3 months

We have partnered with a well-known and reputable retailer to recruit an experienced Showroom Customer Service / Sales Assistant for an exciting temporary opportunity.
Operating within a fast paced retail environment, the business is recognised for delivering exceptional customer service and high quality products across Australia.
This opportunity would suit someone seeking part time work who enjoys customer interaction and supporting showroom operations.
The Role
This is a customer facing showroom support role, working closely with sales consultants to deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting day-to-day showroom operations.
Hours
Welcoming and assisting customers within the showroom
Managing incoming phone and email enquiries
Booking appointments and coordinating consultant schedules
Preparing quotes, paperwork, and customer documentation
Following up customer enquiries and supporting lead generation
Processing deposits and supporting administration tasks
Maintaining showroom presentation and stock levels
Supporting the wider team with general administration duties
The Candidate
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Previous experience within retail, showroom, customer service, or sales support environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills and confidence using systems
Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment
A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Availability to commit to part-time hours including Saturdays
