An established and growing commercial builder is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their Brisbane team and play a key role across a strong pipeline of projects.
With a diverse project portfolio spanning commercial, education, industrial & healthcare, this is an opportunity to join a builder with a solid reputation, exciting projects and genuine long-term career opportunities.
The Role
- Manage contracts from procurement through to project completion
- Prepare, assess and negotiate variations, progress claims and EOTs
- Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Monitor project costs, budgets and financial reporting
- Assist with forecasting, cost control and commercial reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team
- 3+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Experience across commercial, education, industrial or hospitality projects
- Strong subcontractor management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
