Pay & Perks
Hourly Rate: $20.50 / hour

What You Will Do
Lead the Crew: Supervise a team of 5–15 laborers to ensure all layouts are done safely and on time.
Call the Shots: Coordinate directly with venue management on specific event setups.
Drive Workflow: Maintain a high standard of efficiency, safety, and floor organization.
Own the Floor: Oversee the placement of staging, flooring, chairs, and barricades.

Availability: Open flexibility for event schedules (including late nights and weekends)
What You Bring to the Table
Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading crews in events, warehousing, or construction.
Problem Solver: Ability to read setup layouts and direct a team under tight event deadlines.
Reliability: A strict "show up early"mindset with excellent professional communication skills.
