The Role:
Experience Needed:
- Lead and support end-to-end Regulatory Change projects, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing operational compliance
- Conduct deep-dive impact analyses on emerging regulations issued by both local and international regulatory bodies
- Design and deploy new operational processes, procedures, and risk control workflows front-to-back across the global markets ecosystem to fulfill organizational and statutory benchmarks
- Execute structured risk and control assessments to identify key non-financial risks, evaluate operational implications, and design relevant mitigation controls
- Convene and orchestrate senior governance forums and committees to oversee regional policy implementation, regulatory shifts, and non-financial risk matters
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within institutional financial markets
- Proven specialization in regulatory compliance or non-financial risk management; Direct experience driving global or cross-border regulatory transformation projects is highly preferred
- Deep, practical knowledge of institutional banking risk architectures, operational control frameworks, and internal audit requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to constructively challenge, negotiate, and influence senior executive leadership
- Professional fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
