We're partnering with a highly respected, purpose-led organisation that delivers life-changing services across Victoria, NSW and the ACT. Every campaign, every piece of content and every communication has the potential to connect families with services that make a real difference.
They're now looking for an experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, build awareness and support organisational growth.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative organisation where marketing has a genuine seat at the table. You'll have the autonomy to shape B2B / B2C campaigns, work closely with senior leaders and lead a small team, while remaining hands-on in delivering high-quality marketing.
About the Role:
Reporting to the GM of Corporate Services, you'll be responsible for bringing the organisation's marketing strategy to life through the delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns across a diverse portfolio of services.
This is a varied role that combines both B2C and B2B marketing. While you'll be developing campaigns that connect children and families with essential services, you'll also partner with key stakeholders to market professional learning programs, build community partnerships and strengthen engagement with schools, healthcare professionals, referral networks and other strategic partners.
Working within a lean, collaborative team, this is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work closely with senior leaders while providing guidance and support to one direct report, remaining actively involved in the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing activity. This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing leadership with delivery and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to achieve great outcomes.
Beyond campaign delivery, you'll bring a strong marketing operations mindset, building structure, improving planning processes, implementing best-practice frameworks and creating more efficient ways of working. You'll be someone who enjoys bringing order, discipline and consistency to marketing operations, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and can scale as the organisation continues to grow.
Equally important is your commercial mindset. You'll understand how to measure success beyond clicks and impressions, using data and insights to demonstrate ROI, tell the commercial story behind campaign performance and provide meaningful recommendations that support informed business decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
You're a hands-on marketer who loves making things happen. While you understand strategy, you get the most satisfaction from bringing it to life through well-executed campaigns that deliver measurable results.
You're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deliver marketing activity as you are analysing campaign performance. Commercially minded and naturally curious, you know how to look beyond clicks and impressions to uncover meaningful insights, tell the commercial story behind the data and provide recommendations that help shape future marketing activity and support organisational growth.
You'll also bring a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for opportunities to introduce best practice, improve operational efficiency and enhance the way marketing is delivered.
You'll likely bring:
This is far more than another marketing role.
You'll join an organisation where your work has genuine purpose and where marketing directly supports families and communities every day.
You'll enjoy:
If you're an experienced marketing professional looking for a role where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
