Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manufacturing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and manufacturing facilities, with the ability to handle chemicals and materials safely and efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual with integrity, attention to detail, and flexibility in their schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle chemicals and materials with care and safety.

• Load and unload trucks efficiently.

• Serve as the point of contact for materials and take orders.

• Drive a forklift and operate blending equipment, scissor lifts, and pallet racking.

• Lead and manage truck drivers and warehouse staff.

• Organize the warehouse and maintain materials inventory.

• Ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing facilities.

• Demonstrate integrity and proactive problem-solving skills.

• Maintain attention to detail and take initiative in daily tasks.

• Adapt to a flexible schedule as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar role.

• Experience driving a forklift and operating blending equipment.

• Familiarity with scissor lifts and pallet racking.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle chemicals and materials safely.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative.
