About the Role
As the ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you will support the management and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across the IT function.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow to ensure it effectively supports IT Service Management processes.

About the Role
As the ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you will support the management and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across the IT function.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow to ensure it effectively supports IT Service Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and implement platform enhancements
- Configure and manage Service Catalogue items and Request Items
- Support ITSM processes including Change, Configuration, Event, and Release Management
- Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow Administration experience
- Experience with Service Catalogue development and Request Item (RITM) management
- Practical knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks
- Experience across Change, Configuration, Event, and Release Management processes
- Experience working within a large corporate or enterprise environment
