About the Role As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting all aspects of store operations while leading from the front on the shop floor.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales and KPI performance
• Leading, coaching and developing a passionate retail team
• Creating an exceptional customer experience through premium service standards
• Driving client engagement and repeat business
• Managing visual merchandising and premium store presentation
• Overseeing stock management, inventory accuracy and operational excellence
• Leading by example while fostering a positive and high-performance culture
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development

About You

You'll be a confident retail leader who thrives in a premium customer-focused environment and enjoys developing people while achieving commercial results.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or Senior Supervisor
• Background within premium fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty or luxury retail
• Strong sales leadership and KPI management experience
• Passion for styling, fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• High attention to detail and pride in maintaining premium presentation standards
