An Events Fundraising Administrator is required ASAP for 4 weeks, working 20 hours a week, which can be split across a few days, or all week.
You will play a key role in supporting the Challenge Events programme by coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team, including being first point of contact for challenge event supporters and providing administrative support to the whole team. You’ll be responsible for responding to enquiries, completing administrative processes and providing an exceptional experience to their event supporters via phone, email and SMS.
We are looking for someone who has experience of supporting or working within a fundraising team. Either as a fundraising assistant, or from a supporter care type background, as you will work with events participants in the lead up to the events and during, ensuring the participant is ready for their fundraising event, and that systems and fundraising efforts are maximised and kept accordingly.
