Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced Knife Hands to join a busy airline catering production facility located near Perth Airport.
This role is ideal for candidates who have previous experience in high-volume food production environments and are confident cutting, chopping, and preparing large quantities of fresh produce to meet daily production targets.
About the Role
- Bulk cutting, chopping, slicing, and preparation of fresh fruit and vegetables
- Processing up to 60kg or more of produce per shift
- Following food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Working in a fast-paced airline catering production environment
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
- Assisting with general food production duties as required
- Previous experience cutting and chopping bulk fruit and vegetables in a commercial kitchen, food production, catering, or processing environment
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong knife-hand skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and physically fit, with the ability to stand for extended periods
- Full availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
- Ability to work either morning or afternoon shifts and occasional night shift.
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a National Police Clearance (NPC)
