Job Description: Robert Welder

The Robot Welder position in Gastonia, NC involves programming, setting up, and operating automated robotic welding systems to fabricate metal components.

Core Responsibilities

• Programming & Setup: Inputting welding parameters, programming robot paths, and loading materials into welding fixtures.
• Quality Monitoring: Inspecting finished welds and interpreting technical drawings/blueprints to ensure parts meet precise specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Making real-time adjustments to robot movements and welding machine parameters.
• Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on robotic welding equipment.

• Proven experience programming and operating robotic welding machines.
• Strong understanding of various welding processes (MIG, TIG) and how to handle different metals (stainless steel, aluminum, copper).
• Ability to read blueprints and use welding symbols
