Alexander Appointments is proud to partner with Pink Finss Charity to recruit a Boutique Manager for Reloved, its growing pre-loved fashion boutique in the Hawkesbury. Reloved offers quality pre-loved fashion, accessories and premium brands in a welcoming boutique setting. Every sale helps Pink Finss support local people and families affected by cancer. If you love fashion, enjoy leading people and know how to create a store customers want to return to, this is an opportunity to put your retail experience to work for a cause that matters.
The Role
You’ll lead Reloved’s day-to-day operations, creating an exceptional experience for customers while keeping the boutique beautifully presented and commercially focused. Working closely with volunteers and the Warehouse team, you will:

The Role
You’ll lead Reloved’s day-to-day operations, creating an exceptional experience for customers while keeping the boutique beautifully presented and commercially focused. Working closely with volunteers and the Warehouse team, you will:
- Lead, train and support volunteers, building an engaged and welcoming team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and strengthen relationships with the local community.
- Select, price and merchandise quality pre-loved fashion and accessories, regularly refreshing stock and displays.
- Monitor sales, identify opportunities to improve performance and support in-store promotions and events.
- Maintain accurate pricing, tagging and stock processes, and coordinate stock flow with the Warehouse team.
- Share featured pieces, styling ideas and boutique stories with Pink Finss’ social media provider.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, organisation and safety.
About You
You’re a hands-on retail professional with an eye for fashion and the confidence to take ownership of a boutique. You’ll bring:
- Experience in retail management, boutique fashion or a similar customer-focused role.
- Strong people skills and the ability to guide and motivate volunteers.
- A flair for styling and visual merchandising, backed by sound commercial judgement.
- Excellent customer service, organisation and attention to detail.
- The initiative to work independently and the ability to collaborate across the charity.
- A genuine commitment to Pink Finss’ purpose and the Hawkesbury community.
Experience working with volunteers or in a not-for-profit setting is highly regarded, but the right attitude, energy and passion are just as important.
