FAH (Financial Accountant Hub) Functional Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for a FAH Functional Analyst in Charlotte with a focus on Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) solutions. The role is project-based and involves leading functional workstreams and advising clients on best practices.

• Shift: Standard business hours
• Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities:

The FAH Functional Analyst will be responsible for:

• Serving as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) on implementation projects
• Engaging with client stakeholders to assess and define Oracle FAH solutions
• Leading requirements workshops and translating requirements into functional designs
• Designing and configuring FAH rules and integrations
• Producing and maintaining project deliverables

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proven experience leading functional workstreams
• Experience with upstream system integrations
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple project deliverables
• Strong organizational skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud GL and Financial Reporting tools
• Background in financial services or large enterprise environments
• Prior experience in a consulting firm
• Experience coaching other consultants
• Effective leadership skills
