You’re looking for a role that uses both sides of your skill set: full AR ownership plus real AP support and you want to start quickly.

You’ll work closely with project managers and support existing team members. Systems are straightforward with processes that are relatively manual. If you prefer getting stuck in over waiting for automation to do the work, you’ll feel at home here.
The Role
You’ll own the full AR cycle: raising invoices, handling prepayments, and partnering with project managers on collections and project billing.
On the AP side you’ll support payment runs and help manage extra volume as needed.
A usual day involves raising and following up invoices for live projects, talking with project managers about outstanding amounts or prepayments, then jumping in to help clear a payment run. Clear ownership, real variety, and people who need you to keep things moving.
About You
You’re strong across both AR and AP and can step in without a long ramp-up. You’re comfortable with manual processes and enjoy working directly with project managers. You like variety and ownership rather than being locked into one side of the ledger.
