HR Business Partner

Location: Tralee (Hybrid also available)

Contract: Full-time, Minimum 15-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: €50k - €60k

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team in Tralee, Co. Kerry. Our client delivers end-to-end renewable energy solutions, from manufacturing and installation to ongoing maintenance and repair, supporting their clients throughout the lifecycle of their assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical HR advice and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Lead and support investigations, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
  • Drive and deliver HR projects and initiatives across the organisation.
  • Support Global Mobility activities, including visa applications, tax-related queries, and travel documentation.
  • Contribute to compensation and reward processes, including salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Partner with business leaders to support talent development, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
  • Full clean driving licence.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
  • Experience supporting global mobility and international employee movements.
