Human Resources Executive

A well-established hospitality business in Limerick is currently seeking a Human Resources Executive to join their team in a standalone HR role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a hands-on generalist role and wants to be part of a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will work closely with management to support the day-to-day HR function while helping to drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day HR function and HR administration
• Support managers across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and employee development
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries
• Support disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company procedures and employment legislation
• Coordinate training and ensure statutory compliance requirements are met
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Monitor absenteeism and support people management processes
• Submit weekly payroll information
• Support wider HR initiatives and projects

Requirements

• HR qualification or currently studying towards same
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR role
• Good knowledge of Irish employment law
• Experience supporting employee relations processes
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
