As the Principal Digital Product Architect, you will provide strategic architecture leadership across critical business and technology initiatives
Key Programs You Will Support
- Enterprise ERP transformation and future-state planning
- Works Management, Planning, and Scheduling modernisation
- Customer Connection capability improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Architecture runway planning to support future business capabilities
- Lead and influence architecture decisions across business, application, information, and technology domains
- Drive enterprise architecture practices across product streams and transformation programs
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy
- Provide guidance to solution architects and delivery teams on architecture standards and best practices
- Manage architecture governance, compliance, and strategic technology direction
- Identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through innovation and emerging technologies
- Drive alignment between digital, operational, and customer-focused initiatives
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Principal Architecture, or Lead Architecture roles
- Proven ability to define and execute technology strategy and roadmaps
- Strong knowledge across business, application, information, and technology architecture domains
- Experience leading architecture governance and influencing senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success supporting large-scale business and technology transformation programs
- Utilities, Energy, Mining, or Oil & Gas industry experience
- Exposure to Field Operations, Workforce Management, or Asset Management environments
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP programs
- Understanding of customer service or customer connection processes within complex organisations
