Title: SAP Change Analyst
Contract: 9 months + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Required skills and competencies:
- Proven experience in change management, HR transformation or business process change within large-scale programs.
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
- Experience supporting HR/Payroll system implementations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, business readiness and resistance management.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional and virtual teams, coordinating multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies and deadlines.
- Strong EQ, problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in complex stakeholder environments and critical go-live periods.
- Adaptable, highly organised and committed to continuous improvement.
- SAP Activate/fit-to-standard experience, large-scale S/4HANA programs (especially government), SAP Payroll/Fieldglass exposure, and Change Management certification.
