Summary of Responsibilities
Based from our UK, US, NL or DE offices, you will be accountable for the end-to-end Demand to Supply process design, process health, governance and transformation roadmap across the Group.
This includes the processes and enabling systems used to translate agreed demand into production plans and schedules, maintain the required planning and manufacturing master data, support controlled manufacturing execution and connect production activity with quality, inventory and fulfilment processes.
The role ensures that these activities operate as one coherent end-to-end process across organizational and site boundaries. Group Functions and site leadership retain accountability for their functional strategies, subject-matter policies, operational delivery, people, resources and formally reserved technical or regulatory decisions.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, and quality management in a regulated industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process design, production scheduling, quality governance, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP/PI, QM, and EWM, including production master data, recipes, inspection plans, and batch controls.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional transformation and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in nuclear, energy, chemical, or other highly regulated process industries.
- Background in production planning, supply-chain planning, manufacturing improvement, regulatory compliance or production engineering.
- Lean / Six Sigma, APICS, Agile, or similar operational excellence qualifications.
- Experience with digital production planning, manufacturing automation, or quality automation technologies.
Job Details
- Work Location: Urenco USA, Eunice, NM
- Work Schedule: Professional 9/80 work schedule with minimal night/weekend support. Some nights and weekend work may be required. Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed
- Travel Required: 20% of the time or less as required
- Security Clearance Requirement: Controlled Access Area (CAA) Access and an L or Q level security clearance is required
- Emergency Response Requirements: Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty may be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week
- Work Environment: Radiological exposure expectations of < 100 mrem/yr. General Office, Plant Production Areas. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets etc.
Primary Functions
- Act as the delegated end-to-end owner for the Demand to Supply process, both inside and outside SAP, defining the global process standard, governing approved variations and making process-design decisions where site or functional requirements conflict, while sites and functions remain accountable for operational execution and outcomes.
- Define and maintain the global Demand to Supply process architecture covering demand translation, production-planning master data, production planning and scheduling, the process interfaces supporting manufacturing execution, and the integration points with quality, inventory and fulfilment.
- Establish and govern global process standards and control requirements for demand translation, production planning, scheduling, relevant master data, process hand-offs and process-performance measurement.
- Work with Group Planning and other relevant Group Functions to translate approved functional strategies, subject-matter policies, supply assumptions and business requirements into the Demand to Supply process and roadmap, while those Functions retain ownership of their strategy, specialist capability and policies.
- Partner with Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Quality, and Finance leaders to ensure processes support demand fulfilment, plant performance, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement of the Demand to Supply process, using evidence from forecasting, throughput, manufacturing efficiency and quality performance to identify systemic process, data and technology opportunities.
- Own the Demand to Supply process and enabling-system roadmap, including the business priorities and requirements affecting SAP S/4HANA, EWM, PP/PI, QM and other relevant capabilities, working with IT and Data on solution design and delivery.
- Define and govern the business-process requirements at the interfaces between planning, manufacturing execution, Quality, warehousing, Finance and customer fulfilment, coordinating with affected GPOs and Functions where a decision extends beyond the Demand to Supply process boundary.
- Define and govern process-health measures, transformation KPIs and reporting that show whether Demand to Supply is operating effectively and delivering the intended improvement outcomes.
- Chair the Demand to Supply Process Council and maintain appropriate Communities of Practice to review process health, risks, cross-site issues and transformation priorities.
- Ensure approved process and system changes have clear implementation ownership and proportionate readiness, communications, training, documentation and adoption arrangements.

Compensation starting at: $ 200126 - $ 250158 / year and up dependent on candidate experience.
