We’re partnering with a Perth-based digital agency to find an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager. This is a client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, guiding strategy and helping clients achieve their business goals.
You’ll manage a mix of ongoing accounts and projects across industries including retail, events, agriculture and mining. Working closely with the agency’s creative and marketing teams, you’ll help turn client goals into clear plans and be a trusted point of contact as the work progresses.
What you will be doing
- Building strong client relationships and understanding their business goals
- Managing ongoing accounts and coordinating projects with internal teams
- Leading regular client reviews and discussing results and next steps
- Presenting ideas and recommendations to clients
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and develop longer-term partnerships
At Account Manager level, you’ll bring agency experience and be ready to take ownership of client relationships. At Senior Account Manager level, you’ll also lead more complex accounts and take a greater role in strategic planning and account growth.
What we are looking for
Experience in a digital, marketing or creative agency is essential. You’ll be organised, comfortable managing multiple clients and projects, and confident communicating with clients and internal teams. You’ll also be curious about what drives a client’s business beyond the immediate brief.
