About the Role
As an Associate Private Banker, you'll work closely with a Senior Private Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. About the Role
As an Associate Private Banker, you'll work closely with a Senior Private Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You'll gain exposure across lending, deposits and investment solutions, playing an important role in delivering personalised client outcomes while developing your private banking expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and growth of HNW client portfolios
- Assist with lending, deposit and investment solutions
- Manage day-to-day client needs and provide proactive service
- Identify opportunities to introduce specialist banking and wealth solutions
- Support lending and investment deal origination
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external referral partners
- Maintain strong risk, compliance and governance standards
- Banking experience across lending, investments or cash management
- Exposure to residential and/or business lending
- Understanding of credit, risk and compliance frameworks
- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, adaptable and keen to develop within private banking
- Clear career progression into Private Banking
- Exposure to sophisticated HNW client portfolios
- Work closely with experienced Senior Private Bankers
