Our client is a boutique mortgage broking business, predominantly focused on residential lending, offering the opportunity to work directly alongside the Director, gain hands-on exposure, work in a vibrant office environment and develop towards a future Broker role.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a Credit Analyst to support the end-to-end residential lending process, working closely with the Director across:
- Assessing residential loan applications and financials
- Reviewing supporting documentation and servicing
- Managing applications through to approval and settlement
- Liaising with lenders and clients throughout the process
- Supporting the Director across day-to-day lending activity
Skills & Experience
- Credit, lending, mortgage broking or financial services experience
- Residential lending experience preferred
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to assess financials and lending applications
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Connective experience highly regarded
- $80k - $90k + Super
- Hybrid working
