Interior Assembly

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble building products, parts, and components according to instructions and specifications.

• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment as needed.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Identify defective materials or assembly issues and report them to a supervisor.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow company safety procedures and proper equipment-handling guidelines.

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and product quality.

• Move materials and supplies to designated workstations as needed.

• Work with team members and supervisors to keep production running efficiently.

• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred or required, depending on the position.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools, such as tape measures, hammers, and utility knives.

• Ability to read a tape measure and calculate basic measurements, including fractions.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for product quality.

• Carpentry or previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

• Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods, including shifts of up to 10 hours.

• Ability to bend, squat, reach, and handle building materials throughout the workday.
