Head of Aged Care (Home Care)

The Organisation
Our client is a respected disability provider operating across NSW, delivering community-based services to people with complex support needs. As part of their broader growth strategy, the organisation is diversifying into Home Care, leveraging its existing footprint, infrastructure and experience to establish a new service offering for older Australians.
 
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Executive team, you will:

• Lead the business case, service model and implementation roadmap through to operational launch.
• Establish the systems, processes, workforce model and operational frameworks required to build and scale the Home Care portfolio.
• Develop commercial modelling, referral pathways and customer acquisition strategies to support sustainable growth.
• Establish appropriate quality, care governance, risk and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead system implementation and operational optimisation, transitioning into operational leadership as the service grows.

 
About You
You will be an experienced Home Care leader who combines operational expertise with strong project, implementation and commercial capability.

You will bring:

• Senior operational leadership experience within Home Care and aged care.
• Demonstrated experience establishing, building or significantly scaling a Home Care service.
• Experience implementing systems, processes and pipelines to support service growth.
• Strong project management, business case development and operational optimisation capability.
• Strong commercial acumen and contemporary knowledge of Home Care regulation, quality and care governance.
• The ability to influence at Executive level and successfully take a new service from strategy through to implementation and operations.
