Site Manager (Regional)

This builder is one of Australia's most renowned builders within the Medium Density space. They have projects across the state with a focus on delivering housing estates for large-scale developers.

The team is highly experienced, with regular site visits from the Construction and Project Managers to support the site team. 

You will work as part of a team to deliver a medium-density residential housing project. Once completed, there will be ongoing work in the area.

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing a large jobsite of townhomes (up to 100 in total)
• Managing the project from civil groundworks through to completion/handover
• Coordinate, program and schedule jobs, trades and materials
• Oversee site staff and liaise with internal office staff (Estimators, Design Team, etc) 
• Solve design and construction issues that arise on site
• Report on programme, costing, whs and more

To be considered for the position of Site Manager you will require:

• Background in Carpentry is highly regarded
• Experience with newly built townhomes
• Technical experience and the ability to manage various trades on site
• Excellent communication skills and previous experience of liaising with both internal employees and external suppliers and stakeholders
• A drivers licence and white card 
• Computer literacy ideal 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment Monday to Friday on a single job site
