Role overview
Seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead business-focused adoption of technology-enabled change initiatives including digital transformation, information management, cyber uplift, responsible AI adoption, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management activities across technology projects.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and adoption risk management.
- Develop and execute change, communication, training, and engagement plans.
- Establish and manage Change Champion networks and Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, and stakeholder briefings.
- Create change documentation including change plans, stakeholder maps, training materials, user guides, FAQs, playbooks, and adoption metrics.
- Support adoption of information management platforms, digital workplace tools, AI initiatives, and cyber security controls.
- Coach project sponsors, leaders, and stakeholders to drive successful change adoption.
- Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Proven Change Management experience using Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent methodologies.
- Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.

- Operating Model Change
- Change Impact Assessments & Readiness Assessments.
- Training Development & Delivery.
- Change Champion Networks & Train-the-Trainer Models.
- Adoption Measurement, Benefits Realisation & Feedback Loops.
- Experience tailoring vendor/supplier training materials for business adoption.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Strong documentation, coaching, facilitation, and business engagement skills.
- Experience in Government or regulated environments highly desirable.
- Degree in Change Management, Organisational Development, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
- Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent Change Management certification preferred.
