Senior Fundraising Officer (2-year contract, renewable)

Responsibilities:
Telemarketing & Donor Services
· Lead and supervise the Donor Services and Telemarketing team to deliver excellent donor experience and operational efficiency.
· Manage donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, and stewardship programmes, ensuring targets and service standards are met.
· Review workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity, donor satisfaction, and team performance.
· Act as a hands-on team lead by handling donor enquiries and requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
· Occasionally work beyond regular office hours to provide onsite coaching and support to telemarketing staff during evening shifts.

Donor Data Management & CRM
· Lead the team in maintaining accurate donor records and data integrity within the CRM system, while overseeing and supporting daily data operations, including data entry, imports, updates, and data cleansing.
· Utilize Excel to prepare, segment, validate, and manage donor lists for telemarketing, fundraising, donor retention, and stewardship activities.
· Generate CRM reports and donor insights to support fundraising performance tracking, operational monitoring, and decision-making.

Transactional Communications & Donor Stewardship
· Oversee donor communications, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent messaging across channels and touchpoints.
· Manage donor transactional communications, including receipts, thank-you letters, acknowledgement emails, and donor reports.
· Ensure communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
· Manage communication workflows and provide hands-on support when required.

Requirements:
· Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in donor services, telemarketing, customer service, or call centre operations.
· Proven experience leading a small team; NGO, fundraising, or membership experience is an advantage.
· Hands-on leader with the ability to balance team management and day-to-day operations.
· Strong Excel skills in data analysis, list management, segmentation, and reporting; CRM/database experience preferred.
· Knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail; proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
