Project Manager

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead a transformative project aimed at revamping IT systems for business operations. This role will be pivotal in modernizing store management systems and reservation systems for end-users, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and enhancing overall system efficiency.

About the Role:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete overhaul of IT systems, including both business-focused and end-user systems. This role involves defining functional requirements, managing project progress, conducting in-depth research and analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

-Functional Requirement Definition:

• Define and document functional requirements for new feature development.
• Create and implement improvement measures to meet product KPIs.

-Project Management:

• Design and plan the project scope and deliverables.
• Manage project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve various project-related issues.

-Research and Analysis:

• Analyze user behavior using access analysis tools.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research targeting users such as dental clinic staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
• Develop actionable strategies based on research and analysis results.

-Collaboration:

• Engage in co-creation and negotiation with franchise clinics and other stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a track record of leading IT system overhauls or similar projects.
• Skills: Strong skills in defining functional requirements, project design, and progress management.
• Research Capability: Proficiency in user behavior analysis and conducting both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with access analysis tools and IT systems relevant to business operations.
