Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with APAC business leaders to provide commercial and financial insights
  • Support regional strategy development and execution
  • Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Drive business transformation and operational improvement initiatives
  • Support market entry, joint ventures, and strategic expansion projects
  • Participate in M&A activities, including financial modelling and due diligence
  • Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for profitability improvement

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
  • HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance, or strategic finance
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, expansion projects, or transformation activities
  • Open to occasional regional travel

Candidates from hospitality, aviation, retail, consumer, travel, F&B, or other customer-facing multi-site businesses are highly encouraged to apply. Your experience in fast-paced, commercially driven environments will be particularly valuable in this role
