Production 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently after proper training.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and established procedures.
• Monitor production processes and identify issues or abnormalities.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Assemble, trim, package, label, and prepare products for shipment as required.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Communicate production, quality, equipment, or material concerns to the supervisor.
• Meet established production and quality goals.
• Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Previous manufacturing, plastics, assembly, or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently use hands and arms for production and assembly tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials and finished products as required by the position.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
