About the Role:
Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Systems Analyst – OIA Designer (EL2 Equivalent).
This is a long-term contract role with extension options available, located within Australia.

As the selected candidate, you will:

• Analyse business, policy and system requirements for Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) solutions.
• Engage with business, policy and technical stakeholders to develop fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
• Translate legislative and policy requirements into detailed business rules, specifications and decision models.
• Design integration solutions between OIA and enterprise platforms including Siebel CRM, .NET applications and backend services.
• Produce high-level and detailed effort estimates for project delivery.
• Develop solution designs and UI specifications aligned with departmental UI/UX standards.
• Support testing, releases and implementation activities through collaboration with developers and testers.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of existing OIA solutions.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Proven experience designing and delivering Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of OIA Connector Framework, styling extensions and OIA APIs.
• Ability to document technical solutions and specifications in detail.
• Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working across a range of software delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

It is desirable if you have:

• Experience translating complex business requirements and policies into OIA business rules.
• Hands-on experience developing rules using Oracle Policy Modelling (OPM).
• Experience integrating OIA with Siebel CRM environments.
• Demonstrated architecture, solution design or business design experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Visio.
• Exposure to large-scale government or enterprise ICT environments.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with a Baseline Security Clearance.
