The Role:
- Assist in shaping the vision, roadmap, and development of consumer banking digital products
- Coordinate product rollout, stakeholder alignment, testing, and post-launch activities
- Analyze customer data and improve digital journeys across online and offline channels
- Develop initiatives to increase digital adoption, channel usage, and conversion rates
- Work closely with business, technology, and external partners while advocating customer feedback and insights
- Strong understanding of wealth management business and investment products
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital channels, product development, or digital initiatives
- Ability to influence, present ideas, and engage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Experience delivering agile projects, preferably with Web/App development or Fintech integrations
- Ability to use data-driven insights, think creatively, solve complex problems, and anticipate challenges
