You’ll join the Australian operation of a well-established global organisation, working as part of an experienced HR team within a professional, white-collar environment.
Partnering across a diverse portfolio of client groups, you’ll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business, providing practical HR advice, coaching and support while progressing key people priorities.
This is not a transactional HR role. You’ll need to quickly build credibility, understand the business and confidently operate across a broad generalist HR remit.
The Role

The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will:
- Build trusted relationships with leaders across your client groups
- Coach and support managers across people and performance matters
- Support workforce and succession planning, talent and capability development
- Partner with leaders on remuneration, job families and competency frameworks
- Proactively identify people priorities and provide practical solutions
- Contribute to broader HR projects and organisational initiatives
- Provide generalist HR advice, including ER and performance matters
- Support WHS, workers compensation and return-to-work matters as required
You’ll be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who can quickly understand a business, establish strong stakeholder relationships and operate with a high level of autonomy.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong generalist HR experience within a corporate or white-collar environment
- Proven HR business partnering and stakeholder management capability
- Confidence coaching, challenging and influencing managers
- Strong prioritisation and time-management skills
- A practical, resourceful and adaptable approach
- Confidence making decisions and navigating ambiguity
- The ability to hit the ground running and add value quickly
- WHS and/or workers compensation exposure would be advantageous
