Demolition Foreman – Water Treatment Plant Project
We are seeking an experienced Demolition Foreman to lead demolition works on a major water treatment plant project based in Jimboomba. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong civil or industrial demolition experience who can manage crews, maintain safety standards, and deliver works on schedule.

We are seeking an experienced Demolition Foreman to lead demolition works on a major water treatment plant project based in Jimboomba. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong civil or industrial demolition experience who can manage crews, maintain safety standards, and deliver works on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate demolition crews on-site
- Oversee daily demolition activities within a live industrial environment
- Ensure all works are completed safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site inspections
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and plant personnel
- Monitor productivity, equipment, and site compliance
- Maintain high standards of WHS and environmental controls
- Proven experience as a Demolition Foreman or Leading Hand
- Background in civil, industrial, or infrastructure demolition
- Experience working on water treatment plants or similar industrial sites highly regarded
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and SWMS
- Current White Card (essential)
- Relevant tickets/licences such as Excavator, EWP, Working at Heights, or Confined Space preferred
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
