This role will be based in their head office at Australia Square and report into the Director – Operations & Strategy and will collaborate closely with the Office Manager as well as the Head of Human Resources.

You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting media relations;
  • Helping write press material;
  • Supporting event coordination (both internal events and those with external sponsorship partners such as the Art Gallery of NSW and Sculptures By The Sea);
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns and engaging content across digital, print, and social channels;
  • Managing websites, SEO, email marketing, and social media accounts
  • Ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all platforms
  • Analysing trends and competitor activity
  • Monitoring campaign results (e.g. engagement, leads, ROI) and optimising strategies

Overall, the role combines communication, creativity, strategy, and analytics to build brand awareness, as well as maintaining a positive public and employer image.
