• $85,000 package, with the opportunity to earn up to a 5% annual performance bonus

About the role

As a Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting new business growth and helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to warm leads and prospective clients

• Preparing insurance quotes and following up opportunities through to conversion

• Responding to new business enquiries and guiding customers through the insurance process

• Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of customer service

• Working closely with underwriters and internal teams to develop appropriate insurance solutions

• Maintaining accurate client and sales information throughout the process

• Contributing to team and business growth while developing your insurance knowledge and expertise

About you

We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable and motivated to build a career in insurance.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service or a phone-based environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A confident and professional approach when speaking with customers

• A genuine willingness to learn and develop within the insurance industry

• Strong follow-up skills and a results-focused mindset

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team
