The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, the Inventory Manager will partner with the Global Supply Chain Team to strategically lead global inventory performance, governance, and inventory optimisation across the entire organisation. Key duties of the role will include:
- Leading global inventory performance across internal warehouses and 3PL providers ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistent process at all times
- Manage inventory master data accuracy requirements and inventory control standards
- Leading annual stock takes, cycle counts and heading up discrepancy investigations across internal and 3PL warehouses
- Prepare regular inventory reports and dashboards monitoring inventory status, value, turns, ageing risks service levels and operational performance
- Drive continuous improvements initiatives
The Requirements
- Previous Inventory Management experience with strong understanding of inventory control, stock optimisation and BOM awareness in complex environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations or related industries
- Strong ERP experience ideally D365
